Our Home Building Process
Meet
Our initial meeting will take place however you are most comfortable with. We will provide you with our Home Building Package and we will chat about our process and answer any questions you may have. During this stage you will present us with a floor plan of your choice or we will discuss having our talented team of experts assist you to create a totally customized floor plan.
Cost
Once your floor plan is finalized we will create a cost to construct. Our plans are priced with a presentation of high performing options that ensure attention to detail, value and efficiency is considered. We will present our cost to construct to you and explain in detail how it was created. We will answer any questions you might have and give you time to think about your investment.
Contract
If you feel that Japp Homes is the correct fit for you, we will have you sign a construction contract to protect your investment and schedule your build.
Design
Our Home Design Specialist is available to guide you through interior and exterior finishes. We only use premium quality products that exceed industry standards. So you can rest assured that not only will your home look beautiful, it will also endure the test of time.
Build
This stage is when your dream home really starts to take shape. Our experienced Construction Manager will be on-site at your new home regularly to make sure things are going smoothly and according to schedule.
Live
Finally, the time has come for you to kick back and relax in your new home with the confidence and security that we are still at your side. We will do a final walk through with you to ensure everything is completed and educate you about the systems in your new home. Our commitment doesn’t end when we hand you the keys; we are there to assist you with our Proggressive Home Warranty Package.
